General Terms and Conditions
Classes will be undertaken with an A Frayed Knot Canberra trained instructor. All A Frayed Knot Canberra instructors hold a current WWVP card and have undergone a police check.
A Frayed Knot Canberra is located on the first floor at unit 3, 69 Tennant Street, Fyshwick. There is NO lift access. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of the Saturday or evening class, as the front doors to the building will be locked. If you are late the to the evening class, please call A Frayed Knot Canberra to be let into the building.
Payments and Cancellations/Rescheduled Classes
All classes must be paid for prior to the commencement of the class. We accept credit/debit cards (Visa or Mastercard). Lessons may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the lesson time. Please contact A Frayed Knot Canberra as soon as possible if you are unable to make the lesson. Lessons cancelled within 48 hours will forfeit the complete lesson fee. We reserve the right to reschedule a class due to ill health of our instructors or in the case of a personal family issue. If this becomes the case, we endeavour to give as much notice as possible of rescheduled lessons.
Terms and conditions of Lessons
Lessons may be booked up to 12 hours before a lesson commences. If there is available space in a class and it is within 12 hours of booking, please contact A Frayed Knot Canberra to organise securing a place in the class. A group lesson is three hours in length. Beginners and Kids classes will have a maximum of 5 students. All other classes will have a maximum of 8 students. Classes will start within 5 mins of advertised time, allowing for late comers.
A Frayed Knot Canberra collects your personal information in order to provide lessons to you and to assist in internal administration, risk management, record keeping and archiving. A Frayed Knot Canberra takes the privacy of its students seriously. Personal information will not be forwarded on or on sold to third parties. There may be times however, where A Frayed Knot Canberra needs to contact students and this will be the only way the information will be used.
