Joining Granny Squares Workshop

intermediate

You’ve made plenty of granny squares, but now how do you join them to make a blanket? Come along to our Joining Granny Squares Workshop on Saturday 31st August. See demonstrations of up to 5 different ways to join granny squares and discover what would be the best way for your project and the effect you are looking for. Marg will use student squares to demonstrate joining methods and you will have time to try each method with your own squares. Bookings are strictly limited to 8 and there has been a lot of interest in this workshop, so don’t delay in booking. If there is enough demand the workshop can be run again, so if you miss out on a space, please email me to register your interest for the next one. What to bring: PLEASE bring along a minimum of 10 granny squares ready to be joined, preferably no bigger than 10 rounds. Some matching yarn to join. What is provided: tapestry needle, crochet hook of size choice and stitch marker to take home in a goody bag. Joining yarn, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and cold drinks also supplied. Email at the end of the workshop of the techniques used.
